Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Cost: $6.99
  • FREE on orders over $100
  • Delivered via USPS or UPS

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Cost: $14.99
  • Delivered via UPS or FedEx

Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)

  • Cost: $29.99
  • Order by 12pm EST for same-day processing
  • Delivered via FedEx or UPS

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary by location:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days, starting at $15.99
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10-21 business days, starting at $19.99
  • Australia & New Zealand: 14-28 business days, starting at $24.99

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your country's customs office.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Ability to track your package on the carrier's website
  • Email updates when your package is out for delivery

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at orders@nvushearts.com. We can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Express and Overnight shipping are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Military (APO/FPO/DPO): We proudly ship to military addresses at standard domestic rates. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to military addresses.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, back doors)
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier
  4. Wait 24 hours (packages are sometimes marked delivered early)
  5. Contact us at support@nvushearts.com if still missing after 24 hours

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@nvushearts.com
  3. We'll arrange for a replacement or store credit

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) and holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

Holiday order deadlines for guaranteed delivery before Christmas will be posted on our homepage in early December.
