"We inspect every single item by hand before it ships to ensure it meets our premium standards. We don't send out gear we wouldn't wear ourselves."

Defective or Damaged Items

Because we check every product, defects are rare. However, if you receive a shirt that is damaged or has a quality issue:

  1. Do not return it yet.
  2. Snap a photo of the damage.
  3. Email the photo to support@nvushearts.com immediately.
  4. Once verified, we will issue Store Credit or ship you a replacement free of charge.

Wrong Item Sent

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong size or design, we own that mistake.

Email us at support@nvushearts.com.

We will either issue store credit or send you the correct item immediately.

Standard Returns

For size exchanges or change of mind:

  • You have 30 days to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn with tags attached.
  • Customer pays return shipping for non-defective items.
  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only (no refunds to original payment method).

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email orders@nvushearts.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Ship the item back with the RA number visible
  4. Store credit is issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
