Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your package.

We offer 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags for store credit only (no refunds to original payment method). Contact orders@nvushearts.com to initiate a return. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.
We don't process direct exchanges. For a different size or design, return the original for store credit and place a new order — that way your new item ships right away instead of waiting on the return. Email orders@nvushearts.com with your order number to start.
You're responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. For defective items, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive your return, store credit is issued within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email with your store credit code that can be used for any future purchase.
