Daily Reflection

Written from lived faith — not performance.

Daily Christian reflections exploring lived faith, spiritual practice, and the theology of the ordinary. These essays come from real moments of doubt, growth, vocation, and grace—written for those navigating faith in secular life.

This space isn't here to teach you something.

It's here to sit with you.

These reflections come from real moments — questions, prayers, reminders I didn't want to forget.

Not from perfection.

From presence.

Is your 'after' already in motion?

By Keith ·

A story of grace in motion

I look at the first frame of this video and I see a version of myself that felt permanent. The "before" wasn't just a photo; it was a weight. But grace has a way of interrupting our "permanent" states. The transformation you see here—the baptism, the ministry, the simple joy of being present—happened because grace broke through.

A Practice for Today

Look at an old photo of yourself from a hard season. Acknowledge the person in that photo with kindness, then recognize the grace that brought you to this moment. No performance required.

From the Design

The Living Proof design is bold and oversized because grace is too big to be subtle.

If you want to carry that same declaration, the Living Proof hoodie is still available.

Is there grace in the rhythm of staying?

By Keith ·

A moment that didn't feel planned — just honest.

I've been thinking about that last video.

About the season I was in when it was recorded.

What I was wearing wasn't random.

A Practice for Today

Identify one ordinary moment today—a commute, a meal, a conversation—and acknowledge the sacred within it.

No performance required.

From the Design

The "Living Proof" design isn't polished. It's bold, raw, unfiltered — the way grace felt when it first broke through.

Ephesians 2:8 runs across the back because that's the anchor. Not what we do. What He's already done.

Longer Reflection Context

Looking back at that video now, I realize I wasn't just wearing that hoodie. I was declaring something I was still trying to believe.

That I could be proof of something bigger than my past.

That my story wasn't over.

That God wasn't done.

If you want to carry that same declaration, the Living Proof T-Shirt is still available.
