30-Day Return Window

At NVUS Hearts, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Not be final sale or custom-made items
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Accessories like hats or bags (for hygiene reasons) unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us: Email orders@nvushearts.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Ship your return: Pack items securely with the RA number visible and ship to the provided address
  4. Get your store credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your store credit within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Our responsibility: We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items or shipping errors.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Process approved returns within 5-7 business days
  • Issue store credit for approved returns (no refunds to original payment method)
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase on nvushearts.com

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items. To request an exchange:

  1. Email orders@nvushearts.com with your order number and exchange request
  2. Ship the original item back using the instructions provided
  3. Once received, we'll ship the replacement item at no additional cost

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@nvushearts.com
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Choose a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds)

Late or Missing Store Credit

If you haven't received your store credit after 14 business days:

  1. Check your email for store credit notification
  2. Check your spam/junk folder
  3. Verify the email address on your order
  4. If still not resolved, email us at support@nvushearts.com

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as "Final Sale." Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale item returns are subject to the same conditions as regular-priced items.
