I designed this piece myself, inspired by the moment my life changed. I met Jesus in the Department of Corrections—inside a jail cell—broken, disconnected, addicted, and without the desire to keep living. That place of darkness became the starting point of something new.
This design takes a symbol often associated with pain, mistakes, and bad decisions, and transforms it into a testimony of redemption. It represents how, through Jesus, even the darkest places can become the foundation for a new life. What was once negative can be made powerful. What was once broken can be restored.
This shirt isn’t about glorifying the past—it’s about showing what’s possible when faith enters the picture. No matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, God can meet you there and lead you out.
